What's Recorded
Collection details such as vehicle condition, mileage, location and time can be logged as part of the handover.
Photos & Signatures
Depending on what's agreed, this can include photographs of the vehicle and a signature confirming collection.
How It's Delivered
Your POC can be shared in the format that suits you, such as by email or another agreed method, once collection is complete.

As part of our standard operating procedure, photographic documentation is conducted at both pickup and delivery points, prior to loading and unloading. Every vehicle movement is comprehensively monitored, providing our customers with full transparency and oversight throughout the entire transport process.
For long-distance deliveries, all vehicles are washed by a professional car wash within a 5 mile radius of the delivery location to ensure they arrive at their destination in optimal condition.
